Buying Information

Buying Online (Available on most items)

Buying from us is simple; Browse the various ranges and click buy on any items that you wish to put them into your shopping cart. You will be able to continue shopping if you wish to order other items or proceed to the checkout and complete your transaction. If you wish to view,amend or delete an item that you have selected please select "View Cart" where you will be able to update your order before continuing.

Buying Offline (Mail order)

The off line order follows the same simple procedure; when you reach the order page select payment method and either print and send to us by post together with a cheque for the amount of your order to us. Keep a copy for your reference. You may also email if you wish.

Delivery

We will advise you of the expected delivery date as soon as we have received your order. You can normally expect delivery within 21 days of receipt by us of a signed proof, unless you have agreed to a longer time. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell you immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time, we will offer you a refund.

Orders are normally dispatched by Courier and a signature will be required.

If you prefer to pay using our off-line service, we aim to ship your order within 24 hours of cheque clearance (please refer to mail order above for details)

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown on the order form. If you are unsure or your location is not listed - Call or email for specific details

Samples

We will provide samples from the various Suppliers where possible and subject to availability and any restrictions that they may impose. We will provide 3 free of charge but because of the cost of holding large stocks of samples we do ask for you to return them (postage paid by us). If you want more than this we charge £1 for each extra one but will refund this against your order.

Cancellation and Returns

We want you to be delighted when you buy from us. Occasionally though, you may want to return items. Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of your items within 7 days of delivery - beginning the day after receipt of goods . Goods do not have to be returned within this period for you to secure a refund. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations for goods that have been personalised.

To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip. The return address is: Barton Design and Systems Ltd, Returns, Barton House, 5 Church Street, Woolavington TA7 8DP.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the rejected item(s) within 30days.

Guarantee

Our stationery is a quality product and consequently if you are unhappy with any of our products please contact us immediately so that we can resolve any issues. If the item you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, a full refund or exchange will be given if you reject them within 10 days of the date of receipt."Your statutory rights are not affected"

Should you need to return any items to us we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting.

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.

Refunds cannot be given on personalised items, unless the goods are faulty

Value Added Tax

All our prices INCLUDE VAT where appropriate - A VAT Invoice will be issued at order completion.

Credit Card Security

You may pay for your order with complete confident using your credit or debit card using on our site. All card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Once you enter the credit card area a "Padlock" symbol in your browser confirming the highest security.

Should you need to return any items to us we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting.
